Cooked low and slow for at least 24 hours, this traditional method extracts all the meaty goodness from what is commonly seen as a waste product. We take the time to source responsibly and cook patiently, so that you can enjoy all the benefits. Seasoned just right, our broths are designed for sipping, cooking.

Hob – From Chilled. Pour a serving into a pan. Bring to the boil until piping hot.; NOT microwave suitable. We use recycle packaging


Spring water, mix beef bones 60%* oxtail 20%, organic vegetables- carrots, onions, garlic, leek, parsley, bay leaf, thyme, apple cider vinegar, pink himaylayan salt and black peppercorn.


Store in freezer for up to 6 months once received from frozen. Once opened, keep refrigerated in a sealed container and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Delivered in pouches from frozen. There are no preservatives or artificial flavoring.
